Black Lives Matter Statement

Thank you for taking the time to read our statement.

We would like to first acknowledge our staff. The success of Zenith would be nothing without our valet attendants, housekeepers, management, and clients. Many of which are Black. Zenith is a Black owned company, and we as a company take pride in our team’s diversity and inclusiveness in every one of all races, genders, and sexual orientations.

Remaining silent is not a neutral position for this company, or for anyone employed by us, or for our peers, or anyone we are affiliated with. We stand together, in these times of when Black people are being treated less than equal from a societal standpoint and brutalized by police.

As a Black owned company, we do not tolerate and will never tolerate racism in the workplace, or as a person outside of the workplace. We are a diverse group who accepts all, and we stand together as one, for ending racism.

Here is how we are committing to keep the standards within our company to the highest respect of equality and acceptance for all:

It starts with PEOPLE.

We will continue to maintain our non-discriminatory hiring process and take pride in our backgrounds, race, culture, and differences that we all have, and embrace them.

We will stand up for our Black colleagues to ensure they are treated equally, with kindness, a safe work environment, and are recognized valued members of our team.

It ends with ACCOUNTABILITY.

We have a Zero Tolerance Policy. Any employee not following Zenith’s practices of equality will be disciplined, up to and including termination.

We also would like to note, that we have experienced retaliation due to our stance in supporting Black Lives Matter, which has resulted in false claims on Facebook of people who are not employed by Zenith, stating they are employed on their job section. This has been used to try and damage our Black-owned company in a retaliation effort against us during our promotion of Black Lives Matter.  If someone is not listed as an employee on our website, then they are not an employee or affiliated with us in any way.

We would like to extend our gratitude for everyone who has helped us in discovering this issue, and we also would like to say, “THANK YOU” for standing with us, as BLACK LIVES MATTER!
